I’m glad you’re here.

Welcome to the mindfulness medic. Whether you’re just starting a meditation journey or are looking for more resources and techniques, my hope is you find something that resonates here. 

In starting meditation, I think many of us feel that it will provide a solution to discontent or even trauma.  Along with finding a calm, centered grounding it can do all those things and more. 

All are welcome here.  While meditation comes from Eastern philosophies, religions and martial arts, I’m not presenting any religious content.  Meditation is a practice for all whether you’re spiritual, religious, agnostic or atheist. I’ve found it both compliments and enhances life, deepening beliefs whatever they may be.
